Our story

Prevent was founded in 1989, built on a simple belief: that safety done right makes a real difference. Over three decades later, that belief still drives everything we do.

In 2002, Nordic Crisis Management was established and grew to become one of the leading players in the Nordic region within security and crisis management. In 2024, they joined Prevent Group, and the platform began to take shape. A year later, Heartbeat Medical Services came on board, completing the chain from prevention and training through emergency response to post-incident recovery.

Our ambition for 2029 is clear: to be the Nordic benchmark in total resilience.
